Return, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

• In the case of repairs undertaken by Sciencia, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Sciencia; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Sciencia. Sciencia shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.
• All defective merchandise returned to Sciencia must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc.
• Sciencia is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to Sciencia offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Sciencia is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• If any of the above conditions are not met, Sciencia reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
• Acceptance of Products: Sciencia shall conduct incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.
• Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the refund and returns policy, and in the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. credit card or EFT.
• A refund can take up to 7 \(seven\) business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
• If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting our us on 0619058670 or via the chat bot on the bottom right of the screen.
• We reserve the right not to refund the delivery fee in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment method should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof.
